ACCOUNT CREATION

In order to have access to all COMFIAP's products, it is necessary to create an account by completing the corresponding form. The user undertakes to provide reliable and correct data. After its creation, the user will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The accesses will be send to the user once the COMFIAP's administration validates the request.

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

COMFIAP reserves the right not to validate access requests for any reason. In this case, the user will receive an e-mail with this information.

ACCESS PASSWORDS

Passwords are confidential, and it is the responsibility of the user to safeguard and ensure their proper use. The user must notify COMFIAP via e-mail as soon as his become aware of any unauthorized use of his account or any other known security breach.

ACCOUNT ELIMINATION

If the user decides that he no longer wishes to have access to the COMFIAP private area, he can delete their account at any time. To do this, just contact the administration of the website, by email (comfiap@comfiap.com) or by the phone +351 256 201 510 (call to the national fixed network).

COMFIAP reserves the right to cancel the access to the private area at any time. In this case, the user will be notified and will automatically lose access to the private products.
